ExpressLane™ slides are designed for multiplex analysis: multiple assays performed on the same cell.

• Binding of virtually all cell types is ensured by the specialized slide surface chemistry.
• Cell and cell morphology are retained on the surface through multiple assays.
• Map (x,y) coordinates using reference points on the slides can be used to relocate specific cells for multiplexing.
• Loading of cells onto slides, staining or adhered cells, changing reagents and washing are easily managed on a single slide.
• Cells may be visualized in real time.
• A small population of cells may be used (103 – 104) compared to large numbers required for flow cytometry.
• Slide to slide consistency allows easy relocation and analysis using Laser Scanning Cytometry.
